We're naturally biased, but honestly believe our accommodation is something special - so special in fact, that our apartment, with its peaceful, modern interior, was used as the location for a recent TV commercial for MTN - one of South Africa's major cellular network providers. Come and spend a night with us, or let us provide you a long-term stay in one of our two comfortable and stylishly furnished self-contained units, each with their own private entrances. We're situated in a secure and relaxed environment, in the tree-lined and sought after up-market suburb of Parktown North - one of the "Parks" in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg. The garden cottage, which caters for 2 persons sharing, opens out onto an attractive and tranquil indigenous garden with a large pool. The heavily curtained private bedroom has an old teak double-bed, and comfortable wingback lounging chairs, a dining table with chairs and under floor heating, a TV with M-Net and satellite television, a Telkom landline with direct international dialling and a large amount of built-in cupboard space for clothes, complete your comfort. The apartment, which can cater for a small family or group, opens out onto a spacious first floor balcony. The stylish bedroom has a queen-sized bed, under floor heating and ample cupboard space. The richly curtained large lounge has a sleeper couch for the additional guest, a TV with M-Net and selected satellite television channels and a Telkom landline with direct international dialling. A separate dining area provides a dining table and chairs. To sum it up in one word: space! Both the cottage and the apartment each have a full, modern kitchen, which includes a microwave, a large fridge and a 4-plate stove with oven. Both are fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, and the basic everyday essentials, such as sugar, tea, and coffee, are supplied. The cottage and the apartment both have a modern, en-suite, stylishly fitted bathroom, with under floor heating and heated towel rails. The cottage has only a shower, whereas the apartment has both a shower and a bath. The basic bathing necessities are provided in both units. Parking is on-site and behind a remote controlled gate. There are 12 popular restaurants and takeaways within walking distance, a Shell service station with a 24-hour shop one block away and the trendy and fashionable suburbs of Melville, with their sought after restaurants and antique shops, just a few minutes away. Dunkeld, Sandton, Illovo, plus the Johannesburg CBD, are all a short drive away, with the Wanderers Cricket Stadium just over the hill, and the M1 highway is easily accessible. A laundry and ironing service is available at an additional cost. We deal with, and can arrange tours and transfers with various Government registered tour guides, and we personally have loads of information that we'd be happy to share.

This small, personally run, 3 star B&B lies in the serene country setting of Linden that is centrally located to Sandton, Rosebank, Hyde Park and just a short drive from Randburg and the Johannesburg CBD. This hidden gem is surrounded by Delta park, Emmerentia Dam and Botanical Gardens. Cotswold Gardens Guest House

Cotswold Gardens is a Guest House with a ‘Beautiful Difference’. Panhandle Place Cottages are lovely self-catering units in a beautiful garden setting with views of the city skyline. We are centrally placed in an old Johannesburg suburb with tree-lined streets, safe for walking and jogging. There are many good restaurants in Linden within a two kilometre radius of Panhandle Place. We lie between two shopping malls, so shopping is easy and close-by. We have easy access to Sandton Clinic, Milpark Hospital, Garden City Clinic, all the eye hospitals, both the universities and The Dome. Sandton, Rosebank, Hyde Park, Randburg, Cresta, Johannesburg CBD, Multi Choice, are all close to get to. We pride ourselves in offering a quiet, safe, peaceful stay in garden surroundings with trees, flowers, and a large variety of birds. We have excellent security, electric gates and cameras, and safe off-street parking not visible from the street. This establishment is owner run, with the owner on the property. The Cabin. This unit is free-standing and completely private with it's own little garden, veranda, and outside enclosed hot and cold shower under the stars. The Orangerie, in Northcliff is clad with natural stone from the land where it is built. The building is reminiscent of the late nineteenth century trend which saw the stone and glass built "orangerie," that originally housed exotic tropical plants, converted into a "Residence for Royal Guests".
